FOOD – «Breakfast: Energy bolw»

Hey, everybody, how you doing? As you know we are working the field and therefore need a good breakfast to start the day.

So without thinking I made this bolw for it we need:

  • 30 grams of oatmeal (soaked the night before)
  • 400ml of water
  • 20gr of flax seeds (soaked from the night before)
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of acai
  • 1 handful of strawberries

We put all the ingredients in the mixer until we get a good texture and this will be the base of our bolw.
Then as a topping I used oatmeal, banana chips, coconut chips, dark chocolate chips and black sesame seeds, although you can vary this to your taste.

Besides being a delight it’s a great energy boost to start the day so don’t hesitate to try it.
