Hey, everybody, how you doing? Today a hot stew with a taste of the sea that was already playing. Also, as it contains seaweed, it has a high iron content, ideal for fighting anemia.
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 piece of wakame seaweed
- 1 squid
- 1 egg
- In a frying pan put the chopped onion and the squid cut in pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add hot water and the wakame seaweed and cook for 10 minutes, then add the potatoes and cook for 10 more minutes.
- Finally we add the egg and start stirring the soup for 3 minutes without stopping. And it is ready to serve and enjoy.
